Welcome to my psychotherapy practice:
Thousandfold, the Path of Awakening
If you’re reading this, you may be looking for something more and/or different. You might wish to change patterns that no longer serve you. If you are interested in an offering of mindfulness practice as a way to get to know the various parts of you and understand your mind / body connection, please contact me.
“You can’t do what you want till you know what you’re doing.” Moshe Feldenkrais
I am trained as a Mental Health Counselor and have a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am specifically trained in IFS (Internal Family Systems), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory (the working and understanding of the autonomic nervous system), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and Gestalt therapy. I also have certifications as a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator and a Reiki master.
My psychotherapy practice is grounded and centered in somatic IFS. Somatic IFS is founded in genuine curiosity, non-judgment, compassion, and mindfulness. I also offer movement and breathwork in therapy, if this is of interest to you.
To learn more about IFS and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, see the Internal Family Systems Institute (https://ifs-institute.com) and the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute (https://sensorimotorpsychotherapy.org).
I work with teens, adults, couples, and families. In addition, I offer trauma sensitive yoga sessions, workshops and group therapy on request. I value authenticity and bring lighthearted tenderness to the therapeutic relationship. I also believe in social justice and view life through an anti-oppressive lens.

I am a believer in what is possible. My roles involve, and are not limited to, navigating, mirroring, giving space, holding space and witnessing. Along with my sidekick, Theofanos (Theo ), a 2 year old golden retriever, I would love to support, inspire and guide you on your path.
“Come as you are.” Kurt Cobain
